That is what Groovy Garbage is all about-bringing it full circle! We take materials destined for the landfill and upcycle, recycle and repurpose these goods into original Groovy Garbage fashion and home accessories! We use inner tubes, vinyl signs and banners, circuit board, beach chairs, glass and just about anything we can get our hands on on!

We are a husband and wife team based out of our home. We both have full time careers. I am a cardiovascular Technologist and Jane, my wife is a Dental Hygienist.

Groovy Garbage started out as an experiment with a handbag made from a salvaged inner tube. Jane still carries this bag-it was made in 2008! Groovy Garbage has evolved into a hobby and many friends and family members received original Groovy Garbage items as gifts. Our small home based, part time business has turned into a trademarked brand-GROOVY GARBAGE. We sell here on ETSY and various retail outlets and shows and events! We have a Facebook page and we are on Twitter as well as our website, www.groovygarbage.com.

We are always experimenting with new upcycled/recycled raw materials for our designs and products. Our inventory is always changing and evolving! Most of our items are one of a kind because of the nature of our raw materials! We can recreate certain designs, but everything at GROOVY GARBAGE is unique and has it's own elements of individuality!
